Indigenous Trust is a Non-Profit NGO dedicated to serving and uplifting underprivileged indigenous tribes of Jharkhand. All contributions made through this website are classified as voluntary donations supporting our social welfare programs and community development initiatives.

a) Donations Are Non-Refundable

All donations made to Indigenous Trust are voluntary, final, and non-refundable.
As a non-profit organization, funds are allocated immediately towards ongoing projects and beneficiary support. Therefore, NO REFUNDS or cancellations are permitted once a donation or payment has been processed.

b) Donor Information

Donors must provide accurate and complete details while making a donation, including contact information and payment details.

c) Donation Receipts / Tax Benefits

If applicable (e.g., 12A / 80G / CSR registration), Indigenous Trust will issue donation receipts.

4. Use of Funds

All funds collected via this website are used solely for charitable purposes in alignment with the mission of Indigenous Trust, including:

5. Limitation of Liability
